Every employer has a duty under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 to appoint a competent person to assist them in undertaking the measures he needs to comply with relevant UK legislation imposed on them.

    • CDM Scotland Ltd named as your Competent Person;
    • You will have a nominated Chartered Safety Practitioner as your day-to-day contact however with 8 directly employed safety professionals one of our team always available if required;
    • Annual review of Health & Safety Policy and Updates to the document as required;
    • Bi-Monthly Newsletter;
    • 10 hours of assistance which can be used for any purpose e.g. Safety Schemes in Procurement application, risk assessments, method statements, representation on your behalf at meetings etc.;
    • Safety advice as and when required from a Chartered Safety Practitioner via phone or email;
    • 10% Discount on standard hourly rate over and above 10 hours included in package;
    • 10% off standard price of ALL training incl. SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH courses.
  • Part-time/Full-time Safety Role

    For as little as £225 (+VAT) per day one of our team can work part-time for you providing your management and safety team with the assistance and backup to ensure your company and sites are compliant with not only the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations but also safety legislation in general.
